BARIN GOLUBZI - Cabbage rolls with meat and rice (deep-frozen), 1000 g

The filling and juicy stuffed cabbage rolls are suitable for family lunches or dinners and even for welcoming guests. The filling of fresh beef and pork without flavor enhancers, cooked rice and onions is carefully wrapped in fresh cabbage leaves.
A hearty dish that won't leave anyone hungry!

Ingredients: pork (50%), white cabbage, rice, onions, salt, pepper

Preparation:
Cooking pot: Defrost golubzi in the fridge (approx. 4 hours) before preparing. Then place in a saucepan, pour over the sauce and bring to the boil.
Simmer over a low heat for approx. 30 mins.
Tip for the sauce: Mix 250g crème fraîche with 50 ml water and 100 g ketchup.

Storage: Store in the freezer at -18 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Heat through before eating.
