A piece of oriental delight in every jar: delicately fried eggplants, combined with a colorful mix of aromatic vegetables, gently seasoned with selected spices.This hearty dish is gently sterilized, so it retains its fresh taste and appetizing consistency. It can be enjoyed straight from the jar or served as a side dish with meat, fish, rice or potatoes. Also ideal as a vegetarian snack, spread or warm vegetable side dish.
The snack is sterilized during production and can be eaten as a stand-alone dish.
Ingredients: fresh eggplants, water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, fresh paprika, tomato puree, sugar, garlic, salt, thickening agent potato starch, ground black pepper, acidity regulator citric acid, dried ajika.
