Preparation:
- In a saucepan: For 500 g Wareniki, bring approx. 3 l water with 1/2 tsp salt to the boil. Add the frozen Wareniki to the boiling water while stirring. Stir carefully from time to time. As soon as all the Wareniki float to the surface of the water, boil for approx. 3 mins. Then remove the Wareniki with a slotted spoon and serve immediately with a little butter and garnish to taste.
