Preparation instructions:
  • For classic compote:
    Place 300 g frozen fruit mix in a saucepan.
    Add 500 ml water.
    Add sugar, honey or sweetener to taste.
    Bring to the boil and simmer over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold - on its own or with a little cream!

  • For refreshing fruit juice:
    Defrost the frozen fruit.
    Puree with a little water.
    Pass through a fine sieve or squeeze in a cloth.
    Add mineral water or sparkling wine as desired.
Ingredients: Plums, cherries, gooseberries, chokeberries (aronia), red currants.
Nutritional values per 100 g: calorific value 250.0 kJ / 60.0 kcal; fat 0.2 g; carbohydrates 15.0 g; protein 1.0 g

Storage: Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Once defrosted, store in the refrigerator and consume within a short time.
