Preparation instructions:
  • For classic cranberry sauce (for game dishes):
    Place 300 g frozen cranberries in a saucepan.
    Pour in 100 ml water or orange juice.
    Add sugar or honey to taste.
    Bring to the boil and simmer over a medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
  • For smoothies:
    Put the frozen berries directly into the blender - they replace ice cubes and provide a refreshing chill.

Storage: Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
