Preparation instructions:
  • For classic sea buckthorn juice:
    Place 300 g frozen sea buckthorn berries in a saucepan.
    Add 300 ml water and bring to the boil briefly.
    Pass through a fine sieve or squeeze in a cloth.
    Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
  • For warming sea buckthorn tea:
    Place 1-2 tablespoons of frozen berries in a cup.
    Pour boiling water over them.
    Leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes - particularly beneficial during colds!

Storage: Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
