- For a creamy smoothie:
Place 100-150 g of the frozen fruit mixture in a blender.
Add 100-150 ml of liquid (water, milk, yogurt, plant milk, orange juice).
Sweeten with banana, honey or dates as desired.
Puree on the highest setting until creamy - done!
- For fruity compote:
Place 300 g frozen fruit mixture in a saucepan.
Pour in 500 ml water.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
Bring to the boil and simmer over a medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
Serve warm or cold - on its own, with cream or as an accompaniment to desserts

Storage: Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
