BriZoll OPTIMA BLACK cast iron grill pan H-4 cm, Ø 26 cm.

Scope of delivery:
  • 1 x cast iron grill pan, H-4 cm, Ø 26 cm, without lid.

Instructions for first use.

  • Rinse the dishes under running water and then wipe off the moisture with a cloth / sponge
  • Place the dishes on a heating stove to remove the moisture completely
  • Put a couple of drops of oil on the surface of the dishes and cover the entire surface with it
  • When the dishes have cooled down completely, they can be used.
  • When cooking for the first time, we recommend heating the dishes over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
If used incorrectly, the dishes can rust without coating. The corrosion is easily cleaned with the steel sponge. After repeating the procedure in point 2, the dishes will regain the original shape.

Advantages of cast iron:

  • due to the high heat retention of cast iron, the kazan stays hot for a long time and keeps the food warm even when served
  • the heat conductivity and even heat distribution (bottom/walls) ensures gentle frying and an all-round even frying result. You can taste that!

Attention: corrosion on the cast iron dishes is not a defect, but the result of incorrect operation!
