Preparation - How to make the perfect shashlik
- Prepare the meat: Cut 2 kg of meat (e.g. pork neck) into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the marinade: Mix the meat with the spice mix, add the onion rings and cover with mineral water.
- Leave to marinate: Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours (or overnight).
- Grill: Thread the meat onto skewers and grill over a medium heat until golden brown.
- Enjoy: Serve with fresh flatbread and dip!
